4.1 Creating an Account

4.3 One Account Per User

Each User may maintain only one Account. Creating multiple Accounts to circumvent restrictions, obtain benefits, or misrepresent identity is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of all associated Accounts.

4.4 Account Sharing

Your Account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing access credentials with any third party is not permitted. Access to the Platform must be through your own registered Account at all times.

Subject to these Terms of Use, jorefuo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or associated systems

- Introducing malware, viruses, or any harmful code into the Platform

- Scraping, crawling, or using automated tools to extract data from the Platform without written permission

- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Platform or its infrastructure

6.3 Harmful Behaviour

- Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other Users or jorefuo staff

- Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information

- Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity

- Engaging in any activity that violates applicable law or regulation

7.1 Ownership

All Content, features, design elements, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of jorefuo or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms of Use transfers any ownership rights to you.

7.2 Licence Restrictions

The limited licence granted to you under Section 5 does not include the right to sublicense, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Content or feature of the Platform.

7.3 User Submissions

If you submit any content, feedback, questions, or other material through the Platform, you grant jorefuo a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute such submissions for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform. You represent that you hold all necessary rights to make such submissions.

8.1 Paid Services

Certain Services or Content on the Platform may require payment. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete a purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the stated fees.

8.2 Billing

You are responsible for providing accurate and current payment information. jorefuo uses third-party payment processors and does not store full payment card details. Payments are subject to the terms of the applicable payment processor.

8.3 Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined by the specific terms applicable to each product or service at the time of purchase. Where a refund policy applies, it will be communicated clearly during the purchase process. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet stated criteria.

8.4 Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes arising from your use of paid Services. Where required by law, jorefuo may collect and remit taxes on your behalf.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. These are provided for convenience only. jorefuo does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service.

Your interactions with third-party services are governed solely by their own terms and policies. We encourage you to review those terms before engaging with any external service.

All Content on the Platform is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to financial, investment, legal, or technical advice.

10.2 No Guarantee of Outcomes

jorefuo does not guarantee any specific learning outcome, career result, or professional achievement arising from your use of the Platform or completion of any course or programme.

10.3 As-Is Basis

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jorefuo disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10.4 Availability

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue any feature or the entire Platform at any time without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jorefuo, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms of Use or your use of the Platform exceed the total fees paid by you to jorefuo in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or the equivalent of fifty euros, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of liability. In such cases, the above limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jorefuo and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

- Your use of the Platform or Services

- Your violation of these Terms of Use

- Your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights

- Any content or submissions you provide through the Platform

13.1 By jorefuo

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms of Use, engaged in fraudulent or harmful activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

13.2 By You

You may close your Account at any time by contacting us at help@jorefuo.com. Termination of your Account does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid, except where expressly provided by an applicable refund policy.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform and access any Content will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms of Use that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including Sections 7, 10, 11, 12, and 15.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

15.1 Governing Principles

These Terms of Use are governed by general principles of contract law applicable to digital services and online platforms. We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and efficiently.

15.2 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact jorefuo directly at help@jorefuo.com to attempt to resolve the matter informally. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concern within 30 days of receiving written notice.

15.3 Formal Proceedings

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or through the competent courts applicable to the registered location of jorefuo, unless otherwise required by law. You waive any right to participate in class action proceedings to the extent permitted by applicable law.

jorefuo reserves the right to modify, update, add, or remove features, Content, or Services at any time without prior notice. We may also revise pricing for paid Services at any time, with changes taking effect for new purchases or renewals following notice.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms of Use entirely. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and jorefuo with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the same subject matter.

No failure or delay by jorefuo in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms of Use shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
